In this initial session Catherine will gather information from you to complete a clinical assessment and discuss with you what you hope to gain from therapy and how she can facilitate change going forward. This is an initial session and there is no obligation to book further session.
The initial assessment can be conducted online (via Zoom) or in person at Catherine's therapy room in Guisborough.

Cancellation Policy
